property—we do not offer refund or chargebacks once payment has been processed.
Refunds will not be issued for:

● Services already rendered or in progress
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
● Duplicate charges made in error
● Services that were not delivered at all due to a verified internal issue
Exchanges for services are permitted that are equal to the sum of the paid service upon
written agreement between both parties.
To request a review, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment.

complete. Timelines may vary depending on scope, client responsiveness, and external

Chargeback Policy
Clients who initiate a chargeback without first contacting MouyeGang Music Inc. will forfeit
access to all services and materials. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide
documentation confirming delivery or service initiation.
Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, branding materials, and creative assets produced by MouyeGang Music
Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in a written
agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

● Chart positions or rankings
● Streaming numbers or sales performance
● Record label deals, publishing deals, or sponsorships
● Press coverage, playlist placement, or virality
Music industry success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including audience
reception, platform algorithms, timing, and third-party decision-makers.
Artist Management Disclaimer
Artist management services provided by MouyeGang Music Inc. may include guidance, strategy,
and industry connections. However:
● We do not act as a licensed talent agency unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement
● We do not guarantee bookings, contracts, or endorsements
● Final decisions regarding your career remain your responsibility
Any management relationship must be governed by a separate written agreement if
applicable.
Radio Promotion Terms
Radio promotion services involve pitching, follow-ups, and coordination with stations, DJs, or
programmers. You understand that:
● Radio stations make independent decisions regarding airplay
● Delays, rejections, or limited play are not grounds for refunds
Distribution Services
Distribution services may include facilitating music uploads or providing guidance through
third-party distributors. You acknowledge that:
● MouyeGang Music Inc. does not own or operate DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
● Platform approvals, takedowns, or delays are beyond our control
● You are responsible for ensuring ownership, rights, and clearances of all submitted

Marketing & Promotion Services
Marketing and promotion services may include campaign planning, digital promotion, branding
guidance, and content strategy. You agree that:
● Results vary based on market conditions and audience engagement
● Marketing does not guarantee growth, sales, or exposure
● Campaign timelines may shift due to platform changes or client responsiveness
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

● Own or control all rights to submitted music and materials
● Respond promptly to requests necessary for service fulfillment
● Conduct yourself professionally with third parties
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or terminate services without refund.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are final and governed by our Refund Policy.
No refunds will be issued once services have started or digital products have been delivered.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting MouyeGang Music Inc. first constitutes a violation of
these Terms. We reserve the right to:
● Terminate services immediately
● Deny future services
● Dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation
Intellectual Property
All strategies, documents, creative concepts, marketing materials, and proprietary processes
developed by MouyeGang Music Inc. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in
writing.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
